- Pay All Outstanding Dues:- Make sure there is no pending balance on your credit card before initiating closure. Clear all dues including purchases, EMIs, interest, and any applicable charges. The bank will process your request only after full payment is completed.
- Redeem Reward Points:- Before closing the card, use all accumulated reward points or benefits. Once the card account is closed, any unused rewards may lapse and cannot be recovered.
- Contact Customer Support:- Call the RBL Bank customer care team and request credit card closure. Provide necessary details such as your registered mobile number, last four digits of the card, and complete the verification process as instructed.
